Shipping Policy — THE CTI SHOP

Delivery Zones

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
  • We do not ship internationally and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or freight‑forwarding addresses.

Shipping Costs

  • Ground shipping is FREE on all CTi®3 braces and accessories within the U.S.
  • Need it faster? Email us at support@TheCTIShop.com before ordering and we’ll confirm eligibility and quote expedited options.

Processing & Transit Times

  • Same‑Day Shipping: Orders placed by 2:00 PM Pacific Time on business days typically ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays ship the next business day.
  • Typical transit time for free ground shipping is 3–5 business days, depending on destination.

Order & Tracking Updates

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your package leaves our warehouse.
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after carrier pickup.

Address Accuracy

  • Please verify your “Ship To” address at checkout. We aren’t able to refund shipping costs or replace orders that are delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Carrier Responsibility

  • We ship via trusted national carriers. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the package is accepted by the carrier.
  • If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members and neighbors first, then contact the carrier. We’re happy to assist the investigation—email support@TheCTIShop.com with your order number.

Backorders & Stock

  • If an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll notify you with an estimated restock window. You may wait for restock or request a cancellation for a full refund prior to shipment.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • We begin processing quickly. If you need to modify or cancel an order, email support@TheCTIShop.com immediately. We can’t guarantee changes after the order has been released to the warehouse.

Damaged Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours at support@TheCTIShop.com with photos so we can assist with a carrier claim and replacement.

Returns

  • Returns follow our CTi®3 Return Policy: 30‑day window, new/unused condition, original packaging, customer pays return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee may apply if packaging isn’t original. See our full Return Policy on the site for details.

Holidays & Exceptions

  • Shipping may be paused or delayed on U.S. federal holidays or due to weather or carrier network disruptions. We’ll do our best to communicate any unexpected delays.
