CTi®3 Return Policy

Your Confidence in Every Ride

At THE CTI SHOP, we’re committed to delivering the highest quality CTi®3 knee braces — trusted by athletes and active individuals worldwide. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and completely satisfied with your brace. Please review our return policy before initiating a return.


30‑Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order was placed to request a return for your CTi®3 brace. Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process once the item is received and inspected. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.


Return Conditions & Fees

To qualify for a return, your CTi®3 brace must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies if the product is not returned in its original packaging.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and adding shipping insurance to ensure the package arrives safely.
  • Condition Check: All returned items undergo a thorough inspection. A return may be denied — or additional fees applied — if the brace shows signs of use, alteration, missing parts, or contamination (including hair, blood, sweat, or stains).

Important Exclusions

Due to manufacturer and hygiene policies, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Any CTi®3 brace not in original condition or missing packaging materials.
  • Items that show visible wear, contamination, or alteration.
  • Products returned without prior authorization from CTi Sports Bracing.

Sizing Disclaimer

We provide detailed sizing guides and expert assistance to help ensure your CTi®3 fits correctly. All sizing recommendations are based on the manufacturer’s official guidelines. It is the customer's responsibility to review measurements and confirm sizing before ordering.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, please initiate a return for your original order within 30 days and place a new order for the correct size. Once we receive and approve the original item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.


Warranty Information

All warranty claims extending beyond our 30‑day return period are managed directly by the manufacturer and handled at their discretion.
