Manufacturer Warranty Overview
CTi Sports Bracing proudly supplies genuine CTi®3 Off‑the‑Shelf (OTS) Knee Braces manufactured by Össur. All warranty coverage for CTi®3 products sold through CTi Sports Bracing follows the official U.S. warranty policy provided by Össur.
This warranty applies only to purchases made and delivered within the United States.
What’s Covered
Össur warrants that each CTi® Off‑the‑Shelf Knee Brace is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for the following periods from the date of delivery to the original U.S. purchaser:
- Frame & Hinges: 2 Years
- Soft Goods, Liners, Straps, and Pads: 6 Months
During this period, Össur will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or credit the product if it is found to be defective in material or workmanship.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not apply if the brace:
- Was not purchased directly from CTi Sports Bracing (an authorized Össur distributor).
- Has been modified, altered, or repaired by anyone outside Össur or its authorized service providers.
- Was used in a manner inconsistent with Össur’s official Instructions for Use (IFU).
- Was damaged due to accidents, neglect, improper adjustments, misuse, or wear and tear beyond the coverage period.
- Includes non‑Össur replacement parts or otherwise altered components.
- Is contaminated or unclean when returned for inspection (e.g., containing dirt, mud, hair, or biological residue).
⚠️ Note: Use of a CTi® brace is not a guarantee against injury. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before and during use.
Who’s Eligible
This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser in the United States.
It is non‑transferable and valid only for CTi®3 Off‑the‑Shelf (OTS) braces sold through CTi Sports Bracing.
Products Not Covered
This warranty does not extend to or include:
- CTi® Custom Knee Braces
- Post‑Operative Braces
- Casting or Splinting Products
- Any non‑CTi® or third‑party items sold independently
How to Start a Warranty Claim (U.S. Only)
If you believe your CTi®3 OTS brace is eligible for warranty coverage, please follow these steps:

Warranty Limitations & Disclaimer
Össur disclaims and excludes any other express or implied warranties not included in this Limited Warranty, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Neither Össur nor CTi Sports Bracing shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits or personal injury) arising from product use beyond applicable law in the U.S.
