CTi®3 Sizing & Fit Guide: Get the Perfect Fit for Pro‑Level Protection

Finding the right knee brace size is the single most important step to unlocking the full protection and comfort of the CTi®3. Whether you're a professional athlete or a weekend rider, a proper fit keeps your brace locked in through impact, sweat, mud, and speed — without restricting movement.

Why Fit Matters

A properly sized CTi®3 doesn’t just feel comfortable — it performs like an extension of your leg.

  • Superior stability during high‑impact landings and turns
  • Confident control over ACL, PCL, MCL, and LCL motion
  • Reduced risk of hyperextension or unwanted rotation
  • No slipping under motocross gear, sleeves, or pants

How to Measure for Your CTi®3

You’ll only need a flexible tape measure and a minute or two:

  • Find your knee center. Locate the midpoint between your kneecap and the crease at the back of your knee.
  • Measure above the knee. Wrap the tape 6" (15 cm) above the knee center and record the circumference.
  • Measure below the knee. Wrap the tape 6" (15 cm) below the knee center and record this number.
  • Compare to the CTi®3 size chart.
  • Small: 33–39 cm above / 25–31 cm below
  • Medium: 39–45 cm above / 31–37 cm below
  • Large: 45–51 cm above / 37–43 cm below
  • X‑Large: 51–57 cm above / 43–49 cm below

(Measurements are general guidelines — confirm with the official CTi®3 sizing chart included with your purchase.)

Fit Tips for the Perfect Setup

  • Test both braces: If you wear a pair, size and adjust each leg individually.
  • Strap snug, not tight: Your brace should feel secure but not pinching.
  • Use the anti‑migration strap: Keeps CTi®3 locked in during mud, snow, and sweat.
  • Move naturally: Flex, assume ride position, and walk before use to confirm no shifting or gapping.

Under‑Gear Setup

CTi®3 works under motocross boots, ski/snow pants, and sleeves. Place the brace directly on skin or over a thin sleeve, then put on socks/pants/boots to ensure no bunching at the hinges.

Riding Check

  • Sit and stand several times; confirm no gap at the condyles
  • Simulate ride posture and light squats
  • Recheck strap tension after 10–15 minutes of activity

Maintenance for Consistent Fit

  • Rinse liners and straps after muddy or sweaty sessions
  • Air‑dry completely; avoid high heat
  • Inspect D‑rings, straps, and pads periodically; replace worn parts for best hold

Every CTi®3 brace is engineered for off‑the‑shelf performance — medical‑grade support built for motocross, MTB, skiing, snowmobiling, and more. With the right size and strap setup, you’ll get the same trusted stability pro athletes depend on.
