Meet the Athlete

Brock Hoyer is a professional snowbike athlete and motocross rider whose career has been built around pushing two-wheel skills into a completely different environment.

With roots in motocross and a deep connection to the mountains of British Columbia, Brock became one of the riders associated with the early growth of modern professional snowbiking.

His riding combines motocross technique with the balance, throttle control and line selection required for deep snow and technical mountain terrain.

Whether he is racing, freeriding or exploring the backcountry, Brock's approach is built around progression and pushing what is possible on a snowbike.

Snowbike Pioneer

From Motocross to the Mountains

Snowbiking takes familiar motorcycle controls and places them in an environment where traction, balance and terrain change constantly.

Brock's motocross background provided the foundation, but riding successfully in deep snow required adapting his technique to a new kind of machine and an entirely different surface.

That willingness to adapt helped make Brock one of the recognizable athletes in snowbike racing and freeriding.
